To ensure that we deliver the best possible haircut and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service.  Arriving on time for your scheduled service insures proper time necessary for me to comfortably complete your service(s).  We regretfully cannot complete any service if a client is more than 10 minutes late and the client will be charged a $10 late fee.  We reserve the right to decline service to any client who is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment.

WHAT IF i'M RUNNING LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our clients, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a fee equal to 50% of the cancelled services will be due before another appointment is scheduled.

In the event a client fails to no show for a scheduled appointment without cancelling or reaching out by way of text or phone, we reserve the right to charge the client 75% of the services booked.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any client that fails to show for a scheduled appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY?

We welcome walk-ins, if we have the availability in our schedule for them.  Appointments are recommended.  Booking an appointment online or by phone is the best way to guarantee your preferred time slot and day.  We understand that schedules can be busy, so if you find yourself with a spare moment, feel free to give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you!

Absolutely!  We encourage you to request your preferred barber when booking your appointment.  Each of our talented barbers have their own unique style and expertise, so we want to ensure you're paired with the best fit for your desired look.

CAN i REQUEST A SPECIFIC BARBER?

Yes, we gladly accept all major credit cards, as well as debit cards and cash.  We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to pay for your services.  We also accept mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
